Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
📌 Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or stitched sarees
- Discounted or clearance sale products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Phone
- Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size/design defects or wrong products
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Exchange depends on product availability
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days
Shipping Damage Policy
If your product arrives damaged:
- Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours
- Failure to do so may result in rejection of the claim
Important Notes
- Color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution
- Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have slight irregularities – this is a natural characteristic and not considered a defect
